Notice to Juniors

2008 USA Cycling Event Release

If you are going to do any race other than just the Junior (the Women’s Cat4, Senior Cat5, etc.), you must mail in your registration so we don't have find our treasurer on the day of the race to issue a refund. The registration form is pre-filled in with our event name and dates. The fee would be $10 assuming you follow the MABRA rules and supply the Credit Voucher form as well. You can mail your registrations to:

Per the MABRA "Jr Cost Cap Credit Plan":
To qualify for the credit, each racer must adhere to the 8 rules following:

Rider must be a Junior of racing age 18 or under.
Rider must have a valid one-year USCF license. No one-day licenses are allowed.
Get approval to use the credit by the Junior Coordinator at least 7 calendar days prior to the event. MABRA Junior Coordinator Robert Winsor - juniors@mabra.org. The Junior Coordinator must issue a credit if there are funds still in existence, as long as the rider has not violated any other rules of this program. The Junior Coordinator will provide a voucher number to include on the submitted voucher (see rule 6). The promoter will receive a list of eligible voucher numbers and is not required to allow a rider to enter a race with the reduced entry fee without the correct voucher number.
Riders must pre-register for the race. No day-of-race credits will ever be issued.
Rider must send in $10 payment with registration form.
Rider must send in Credit voucher with registration (see Voucher Form).
Rider must show up and race the event for which they have received a credit.
Rider must adhere to all applicable USCF rules for entering a race.
